Re: COVID-19 update
As you are aware, Governor Pritzker issued a “stay at home” order which went into effect at 5pm on March 21. This order currently extends to April 7, 2020
As property managers, we are considered an “essential business”. We are operating a limited staff with limited office hours. Our office is open from 9am until 4pm Monday through Friday.
Contact: The best means to contact us is through email. Using the contact forms on this website for work order requests will also reach the correct property manager. You can also contact us via phone by calling the main number at 847.328.3330 and following the prompts to the proper extension.
We have heard from most vendors and they are also considered “essential businesses” as they help maintain buildings. Most are responding to emergency calls only and responding to other service request as they are available.
The building staff have been remarkable! Although they have been cleaning and sanitizing the building at least twice per day, they have been able to stay on top of building operations. Non emergency work orders may being delayed so please be patient.
